Township Message Board

The Michigan Freedom of Information Act (Public Act 442 of 1976, MCL 15.231, et seq.) gives the public the right to request to inspect and receive copies of public records, and to subscribe to regular issuances of public records. The FOIA coordinator for Lee Township is the Township Clerk.

All meetings of the township board and other township public bodies will be open to the public according to the Michigan Open Meetings Act (Public Act 267 of 1976, MCL 15.261, et seq.).
